We carry out systematic corporate image, brand, and product audits that are the basis for quality control and improvement. These audits are done independently from all other activities, thereby giving our clients more transparency and control over our operations. Based on the audit results we advice our clients how to improve their operations, and create added value.
Media analysis.
Our consultants carry out a detailed analysis of our clients' media history. This is done either to extend their existing strategy, or to identify missing aspects and readjust their communications.
We have acquired extensive experience in the field of developing and handling information. Our clients thus benefit from the fast and effective deployment of a comprehensive information strategy.
Our communications strategies and tactics are specifically developed for and adapted to meet our customers’ needs. On a case by case basis, we also propose tactical actions that are in-line with the customer’s overall strategy.
We provide our customers with texts that are of highest editing standards and quality covering. All texts are written internally by our consultants, and approved by our clients before issuing.
We monitor the editorial calendars of various publications on a day to-day basis. This allows us to identify all possible media opportunities for our clients and to react accordingly. . We plan and organise our client's European press campaigns in cooperation and with the support from our European partner agencies.
We put all our communicative experience to the benefit of our clients to familiarise them with the rules of speaking out to journalists. We accompany our clients to individual interviews, press conferences, etc.
Our underlying goal for any form of crisis communications is to reassure, maintain confidence and show that we control the situation. Managing crisis communications does not mean going on the defensive; on the contrary, it means anticipating potential questions, having full command of the answers, and controlling any developments in the crisis. In a crisis situation, even more than in a "normal" situation, our communications adheres to three underlying principles: honesty, credibility, understanding. This involves telling the truth, recognizing the problem, acknowledging the facts, and making sure that all information passed on is coherent, both internally and externally.
We systematically draw up rigorous reports on all actions taken or in progress. Our agency seeks complete transparency for our clients. These reports are presented according to the desired frequency and format.
Each month, an exhaustive press review is established, organised in chronological order. This tool is yet another element that contributes to the visibility of our work. By being able to view their press spin-offs whenever they choose, and in real time, our clients can observe their progress in terms of media visibility.
